How to cancel iCloud+
To stop paying for iCloud+, downgrade to the free 5 GB plan. Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Downgrade on iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap iCloud, then Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage).
- Tap Change Storage Plan, then Downgrade Options.
- Choose the free plan and tap Done.
What happens after you cancel
If you use more than 5 GB, new photos and backups stop syncing until you free up space — download or delete what you don’t need first.
Tips
- iCloud+ may be included in Apple One — if so, manage it under Subscriptions instead.
