Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SubGuard Intl mobile application ("SubGuard", "the App"), operated by HD Vietnam Investment & Technology Import Export Joint Stock Company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SubGuard helps you track subscriptions and free trials that you add manually. SubGuard does not connect to bank or card accounts and does not automatically detect charges.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. SubGuard Premium subscription

• SubGuard Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer

SubGuard is provided "as is." Reminders and renewal dates are based on information you enter and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for missed or incorrect reminders, or for charges made by third-party merchants.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Vietnam Investment & Technology Import Export Joint Stock Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
