How to cancel Amazon Prime
You can end Amazon Prime online. Depending on how much you have used your benefits, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancel on the Amazon website
- Sign in at amazon.com (or your country’s Amazon site).
- Open Account & Lists → Prime Membership.
- Select Manage membership, then End membership.
- Amazon will show a few offers — keep choosing the option to end your membership until you see the confirmation.
What happens after you cancel
Prime benefits such as free delivery and Prime Video stop at the end of your membership period (or immediately if you take a refund).
Tips
- If you signed up through a phone carrier or another company, cancel with that company.
- Prime Video channels (add-ons) are billed separately — check them too.
