How to cancel Disney+
You can cancel Disney+ at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Cancel on the Disney+ website
- Sign in at disneyplus.com in a web browser.
- Select your profile, then Account.
- Select your subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
If you pay through Apple (iPhone, iPad)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you don’t see a Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled and will end on the date shown.
If you pay through Google Play (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
What happens after you cancel
If Disney+ is part of a bundle, cancelling may change your whole bundle — check which plan you are on first.
Tips
- If you subscribed through a partner (a phone, TV or internet provider), cancel with that partner.
