How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
You can cancel Adobe plans from your Adobe account. Check your plan type first: annual plans paid monthly can carry an early termination fee.
Cancel in your Adobe account
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to end.
- Select Cancel your plan and follow the prompts.
- Review any fee shown before you confirm.
What happens after you cancel
Your files stay on your computer. Cloud storage drops to the free allowance, so download anything you need from Creative Cloud first.
Tips
- Cancelling within 14 days of purchasing usually gets a full refund.
- Plans bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there.
